Dominic Barbara is on the right track that High Pitch Eric is in danger of getting into a lot more trouble. Eric seems so oblivious to how he's supposed to act that I think he'll either screw up by not showing up for court or ticking off the court in some other way or possibly doing something else to that girl. He probably thinks he can scam and get out of this like he does everything else. He may be in for a big surprise.
