I'm sure someone has said this before, but can anyone please tell me why it is that ever since they got back from vacation, Howard has been picking up at least 20 Ralph calls a day?
I don't have anything against Ralph, but this is worse than if they actually went through with putting an ISDN line like they're April Fool's prank.
Am I overreacting or has it gotten out of control?

I don't think you're overreacting at all.
Ralph is getting WAY too much air time. Personally, I can't stand Ralph...he's the type of guy I avoid in my real life because life's too short to waste on negative, arrogant assholes.
He brings the show down, imo and I can't stand when he's on.

I just think they are picking up his calls way too much and I'm wondering why they ban or cut off certain people like Eric the Midget and Jeff the Drunk, but Howard puts his girlfriend Ralph on all the freakin' time!!
I used to not be bugged by Ralph, but lately he's had an opinion on everything. Some days I just have to shut it off when he comes on.
