Nick DiPaolo (born January 31, 1962 in Danvers, Massachusetts) is an Italian-American stand-up comedian, writer and former radio host on the old 92.3 Free FM in New York until May 24th 2007 when the station changed formats.

His comic style is unapologetically brazen, including a lot of politically incorrect humor, and was featured in May 6th 2007 article in the New York Times. DiPaolo's stand-up has been featured on Comedy Central Presents; he has appeared on other Comedy Central shows including Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn and the animated series Shorties Watching Shorties in which he voices the character "Baby Nick". In September 2005, he and Colin Quinn co-hosted a one week trial show called The Colin and Nick Show on WJFK-FM, 7-11 pm EST.
