It really drives me crazy when Tim Sabean says that he's limited by budget constraints. He mostly talks about this when he says that he can't do certain programming. Howard said that the budget doesn't allow them to do a show from Las Vegas. And today, Howard played Scott the Engineer complaining that he doesn't have the proper equipment to do his job, and Tim said that he doesn't have the budget for it. This is a disgrace. Howard was supposed to use his $500 million contract for production costs. It wouldn't cost him that much to allow Scott Salem to have probably the best equipment in the business or at least what he needs.
