Robin Quivers' comment about her on-air persona being a "character" was a big topic on the Wrap-Up Show. A couple of people said that Robin wants an excuse for when she might come off badly on the show. So if she says something stupid or bitchy, she can claim that it wasn't really her. Another person said that Robin is trying to make herself attractive for life after The Howard Stern Show in a couple of years. That seems reasonable. I think she's gearing up to sell herself to TV. It's going to be interesting to see where everyone ends up.

That's just classic denial BS. Robin isn't capable of accepting fault or blame on her part...she's always playing shit down or cackling away when she's been proven wrong.
It's just a wide open insecurity with her and this inferiority complex she has about herself.
I think Robin would be a MUCH more likable person if she were able to step off her pedestal and accept the fact that, just like all of us, she's an imperfect human being.
Man, her parents did a fucking number on her!
I really don't think America would have an interest in her, aside from a 'View' type of show, after the HSS is over. Her audience would undoubtedly consist of boring, frigid housewives who get off watching other miserable women discuss the 'days topic' and whining and sniveling over each other. I can't watch that stuff, it simply glorifies clueless, attention starved women.
