So, I can't wrap my head around this. It's gone from not showing the Artie Lange fight to now advertising it like it's the bets thing that's ever happened on the show. Ralph Cirella is rarely right, but he is this time. It's sending the wrong message to Artie and everyone else. Sheesh, things have changed since last week when everyone was taking this thing seriously. Now, they are doing everything they can to profit from this guy going off the handle. What the hell were we worrying about for a week? Obviously no one on the show was.

Dude, you read my mind. I was thinking about posting pretty much the exact same thing...right down to the Ralph part. I HATE Ralph, so it caused me great pain when the only person who said what I was thinking had to be fucking Ralph...
Honestly, I kinda feel like a tool for being so concerned about Artie and the whole situation right after it happened. Once I heard the commercials for the replay, that's all the confirmation I needed...the whole thing was bullshit. I'm not saying it was 100 percent bit, because I think it started out as a real Artie meltdown, but, Artie is not an idiot. He obviously knows the Stern show is the best thing that's ever happened for his career, and they didn't want him to leave, so I think everyone was more then willing to just blow it off and make it a bit so they wouldn't have to deal with loosing him. Assuming the show ends in 2 years(?), why would you want to go through all the pains of replacing him? It makes more sense for everyone to forget about it and keep moving...
