A couple of weeks ago when the whole Dr. Phil debacle with Britney Spears happened, Howard Stern was on a rant about people with PhD's calling themselves doctors when he thinks only MD's should be called "doctor." When it's a bald dude who isn't on the show, it's OK for Howard to talk about someone like that. But notice today when porn star and PhD-holder Victoria Zdrok was in. Howard said, "I like doctors. I'm very impressed with doctors. Anybody who is a doctor." Granted it was in the context of including "Dr. Zdrok" in his love-making with Beth, but still. Oh, and by the way, I hate Dr. Phil, too.

It's like suspending realty. Even though Howard knows that she's not an MD, he's probably picturing her in a slutty doctor's uniform anyway.

Sure, it's a little hypocritical but Howard was in the midst of doing his sexy-banter bit. You can hardly compare the two.
sorry stern i like you and i dont like dr.Phil. But you are very very wrong. Im sorry to tell you (please inform yourself) but ppl with the Phd are the real doctors! Phd (philosophy doctor) is a docotorate degree, son when it is earn thats teir tite: doctors!!with all merit1 they have to study and research for at least 9years (in portugal 12) to earn that title. Md unless they have a PHd integrated (but of them have) are not the real doctors! they are only call that because ppl associate medical/phisician with the word doctor (it is a honourific title). so unless it is a MD (md means medical doctor and it means that it is not the normal 5/6 years of bachelor but as well a kind of phd) a normal phisician (like most of the GP) are not really doctors!!!!!sorry to tell you bbut ppl with phd are the real doctors!!!!and they deserve with all merit that title!
