I don't know much about Robert Schimmel's act, but he seems so miserable that I'm wondering if it's schtick? Is this his move in his act, that he's just a depressed guy? It seemed calculated that his wife and daughter were there to join in on the bitch-fest. The last time Colin Quinn was on the Howard Stern Show he seemed genuinely depressed, but I'm not so sure with Schimmel. Of course, he has been divorced, had cancer, and had a kid who died of cancer. I just wonder what he was like before all that. It does sound like he really is having martial problems, though.
