It's pretty bad when Artie Lange, who wouldn't even allow himself to like the dog of his ex-girlfriend Dana Sironi, feels sorrier for Scott the Engineer's dog than Scott does. How could a person just dispose of their dog? He's such a cheap bastard. He just doesn't want to shell out the money for the operation and recovery.

Scott the Engineer is probably in some twisted way upset that he wasn't invited to the North Shore Animal League Dogcatemy Awards. He'll show Howard and take it out on his dog.
